Hi! My name is Betty. I am probably one of the sweetest cats you will ever meet in your life. I was given up to a shelter in pretty poor condition. I sat there for a very long time. People came and went with kittens as I sat and patiently awaited my turn. I heard the staff saying my time was just about up when the day I thought was never going to happen finally came. A nice lady came and picked me up and said that I was safe. The nice humans took me to the doctor and I was so glad they did because I felt just terrible. They have been taking very good care of me and I have come a long way so now it's time for me to find a loving home that will continue to take good care of me but most importantly show me what it's like to have a good home that loves me. I do have to get medicine every day to regulate my thyroid but I am used to it so it doesn't bother me. I also have to be sure to eat good food to take care of my kidneys so they stay as healthy as they can. (not prescription) I know I may be a little more maintenance but at some point in life most of us need someone to care for us and if you pick me...I promise to love you ten fold in return.

If you are interested in meeting or adopting this animal, please read the following before submitting an adoption application on our website - fureverhomerescue.com.

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate vaccinations, Feline Leukemia & FIV testing & de-worming.  We ask that our cats remain indoor cats unless otherwise stated & agreed upon & do not allow declawing -click here if you would like to learn more about why we do not support declawing.   We are a smaller group that typically takes on harder cases that require special homes so we ask that applicants live in our area - if you do not live in the MN or surrounding states, please contact us via email before submitting an application to determine whether the animal you are interested in is a case we are comfortable adopting out to a family out of our area.
