Hello! My name is Billie. I have had a really sad life. I have been retuned to the Humane Society 4 times because I am kind of shy and independent and no one seems to be able to love me for me. I am a really good girl I just have learned to keep to myself because moving so much is so scary. I need a relaxed and loving home to show me some stability. All I ask for is a warm cozy spot to lay, some yummy food, and occasional treats.
