Hello, my name is OAKLEY!

I’m actually pretty shy when we first meet but once you gain my trust I'm a super social guy!  My foster mom has picked me up many times and although I try to run away, once she gets me it is pretty great what she does to my ears and head and it even makes my teeth chatter! I like laying on her chest for some good head rubs.

I’m a good eater and I love treats like bananas and dried cranberries but I don’t get them until I eat my salad and munch my hay (which there’s never a shortage of!).

I’d love a home where I can romp around and get lots of exercise but be warned it's so much fun for me that when you try to put me back in my pen I may engage in a good game if tag!  I’m not a big fan of small children (they’re loud). I may thump at your dog or cat but after awhile I realize they live there too and I’m okay with it! My foster mom thinks a friend would be good for me and that I would be a good bonded mate for another lucky bunny!

If you're interested, in a meet and greet, please fill out an adoption application at www.fureverhomerescue.com .  I will be waiting! See you soon!

FEHR bunnies are all vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped. All bunnies are fostered in private homes where they are socialized and ready to become companion indoor only house pets. FEHR is a non-profit rescue group with all volunteers and with 100% of donations going for the direct care of our animals.

If you have any questions or are interested in meeting or adopting this bunny, the first step is to complete an adoption application found on our website www.fureverhomerescue.com .

For the safety of our rescue bunnies and our protocol that requires a home visit before placement, we are unable to facilitate adoptions that exceed an hour and a half of travel time from the Twin Cities area or our volunteers.
