Hi, My name is FARGO! I’m being fostered in Jordon MN.

I was rescued in ND as a stray and in pretty rough shape when I came to Fur-ever Home Rescue. My teeth were so overgrown making it impossible for me to eat.

I recently went through a major surgery to get a lot of my teeth removed. They were causing me a lot of pain and I just wasn’t a happy boy. After my surgery, I healed up nicely and despite how scary it was, I’m so so happy now! My surgery was very expensive so the rescue hoomans nicknamed me “Mr. Monopoly” but I still prefer Fargo. 

I’m a friendly boy and I am such a foodie! I can’t tell you what my favorite food is, because I love them all! I’m starting to really like eating hay, too. My foster mom has taught me to go potty in a litterbox and it makes her so happy! It makes me happy too because it keeps my home nice and clean. I like to roam around my foster parents house, climb up their steps and hop up on their couches to relax. I’m very curious and will approach you but I really don’t like to be picked up, it’s not my idea of fun.  If you’re relaxing on the couch, I’ll hop up on your lap and snuggle you for pets, I sure love to be pet! My foster parents have two dogs, a smaller one and one who is very, very huge. I like them both but they seem to be more curious about me than I am of them. They don’t bother me, I just have other things to explore! I am not fond of cats though!  I nip at the family cat. I’m hoping to find my Fur-Ever home, I would be super happy if my Fur-Ever home had a couch to relax on, room to roam, and a human who is always willing to pet me!

FEHR bunnies are all vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped. All bunnies are fostered in private homes where they are socialized and ready to become companion indoor house pets. FEHR is a non-profit rescue group with all volunteers and with 100% of donations going for the direct care of our animals.

Due to their specific behavioral needs and care, we do not support or advocate our rescue rabbits as Emotional Support Animals ( ESA’s)

For the safety of our rescue bunnies and our protocol that requires a home visit before placement, we are unable to facilitate adoptions that exceed an hour and a half of travel time from the Twin Cities area or our volunteers.
