Hello. My name is SANSA

I’m being fostered in Lakeville MN. 

I am a beautiful Flemish Giant mix who was rescued from a breeder who wasn't very nice to me and despite it all my foster says I’m as sweet and social as can be. 

I came into rescue with my escapee mate Yara and we have become really good friends so we have to be adopted together. Foster mom calls us “bonded mates” ... whatever that means?? 

We both LOVE to eat and have been introduced to something called a salad and HOLY BUNNY EARS are those tasty!! We love our exercise time and running around the house is so much fun that  we do binkies!! It’s so awesome to be an indoor house bunny, no predators, fresh water and lots of love and treats! Our foster family seems amazed that we have such good litterbox skills but hey, we like a clean room, what can we say?!

FEHR bunnies are all vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped. All bunnies are fostered in private homes where they are socialized and ready to become companion indoor house pets. FEHR is a non-profit rescue group with all volunteers and with 100% of donations going for the direct care of our animals.

Due to their very special behavioral needs, we do not advocate our rescue rabbits as Emotional Support Animals (ESA).

For the safety of our rescue bunnies and our protocol that requires a home visit before placement, we are unable to facilitate adoptions that exceed an hour and a half of travel time from the Twin Cities area or our volunteers.
