Meet Peeta Meowlark! I came into rescue as a stray when I was living outside on my own and was pretty beat up when some kind people saved me. I have been in rescue since 2015 and still haven't found a home! Can you believe that?? I am a sweet affectionate guy on my own terms. I enjoy attention as long as you don't pick me up. I prefer to keep all four of my paws on the ground. I do well with other cats and will even snuggle with them once I get to know them. I am fine with dogs that understand that I don't want them to be in my face. I am a handsome guy who is very independent and will sleep with you at night. I could benefit from losing a few pounds but I just sum that one up to winter fluff. What can I say... it was the holiday season and I can't say no to grandma's cooking.
